Or card number Bad service, bad service ### 1/5 — Rewards not showing *2021-12-21* Get notifications for rewards which are not there. Account number doesn’t show up, have tried several times to uninstall re-install. Works then does same thing again. App is very poor & needs a lot of work. ### 1/5 — About to delete *2021-05-28* The app is annoying me.... keeps saying oh no your reward is about to expire. Go to the app there’s no reward. I haven’t even used the card yet to receive a reward. You’d think if you went into the app to look for a reward the app would many notify you again but it’s nit the case it continually pesters you. **Developer response:** Hi there, if your reward doesnt appear please refresh your app and try again. It literally, crashes after every second click. Please fix. À large majority of the coffee chains use the same developer but, none behave anywhere near as badly as this one ### 1/5 — Crash crash app *2026-04-06* I can open the card for scanning, but that’s genuinely all. If I select ANY other option in the menu - history, locations, account - anything, it crashes. So contacted administrators which they did manage to get me back in to my account but without my free coffee reward. They said they were not able to add my reward to my account. So please don’t waste your time with this.. Very user friendly. ### 4/5 — Cannot find it *2025-11-10* Cannot find my Donut king account here ??? ### 3/5 — Pretty Good App! *2023-07-26* This app is pretty good, you can collect points on both cold and hot drinks (you earn hot and cold points separately not together). However I would like this app to add just 2 more features and it would be a 5/5. 1. We would really like apple wallet support! It makes getting to the loyalty card way easier rather then searching through a sea of apps. 2. I think we all would also appreciate a menu feature, just so we can browse and see all the drinks and donuts! Thanks! ### 3/5 — No Rewards *2021-11-15* I keep getting notifications saying that I’ve just earned a reward, or that a reward is about to expire. When I go to open and check the reward section, it is always empty. ### 2/5 — Deleted account didn't actually delete *2024-04-01* Been using the app for two years. Always scanned. Name showed on cash till screen but no purchase EVER recorded in the app. So annoyed I decided to delete my account and start over by selecting "delete account". It turns out, the account is "removed" from the app, but the account is not deleted. There is a big difference to me. I tried to set up a new account because I thought I had deleted my old one but it recognised my phone number as soon as I tried to start over. Logged in to see if another way to "delete" and lo and behold... all my history. Good grief. ### 2/5 — App not great *2021-10-24* This app is annoying, I get a notification to say my rewards are just about expired and when I check there is nothing but a blank page. No matter if you refresh, close app and go back in there is nothing the only thing that comes up is the card sometimes not all the time and the promos that’s it. This app needs way more work done to it iv had this app for a while now and since day one the rewards have never showed up. ### 2/5 — Kinda pointless *2021-04-15* App is simple to use however it’s kinda pointless.
