We tried to email twice to clarify this and got no response. It isn’t clear in the ordering process that the frame isn’t included, for the high price we assumed it would be. We thought it was pricey but worth it for a framed image but for an unframed image it is extortionate. To be fair the picture quality is good but you could get the same quality print at your local office supplies store for a fraction of the price.
