The delivery was delayed for almost a month, and the packing process took far longer than expected. When I contacted customer service for help, they were careless and showed no real effort to resolve the issue. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. ### 5/5 — Best Indian online store *2025-10-25, version 7.8* I have lived in UK, Germany and Prague and so far this is the best Indian online store I came across abroad. The speed, accuracy and most importantly the kindness they offer can never be possibly beaten up by any other Indian stores. I highly recommend Dookan to all. And with my experience they are doing their best abroad. ### 1/5 — Absolute unprofessional and keep repeating troublesome service *2025-05-21, version 7.0* Wish i had negative review section, i am dookan customer since few years, i sware never received a single order without getting into trouble, very common problems are - quality products often not good (specially vegetables), those will mostly be half rotten and dookan dont offer refunds even for sale of such waste products. Until you make a call and show pictures of bad products. Occurrence of happening such cases are very often. - Whtsapp support is only for name sake, they dont respond over whtsapp ultimately you have to call (out of your busy time) always no matter how many times you ping over whtsapp they dont care, such loose support. - Each order have missing items, dookan dont even recheck, rematch order before delivery, each order will have some items missing, they dont refund amount unless, you whtsapp with image order proof over whtsapp, they dont respond and have to make call over phone, wasting time. - I started to feel, dookan simply taking advantage of no or less competition because they well aware customers (specially Asian) will make some order as they look for Indian/asian products, but even after paying 3-4times value of original products, simply you will left with problems. - Irony is, every time after complains, senior personals to dookan staffs keep lie will not happen again, but i guarantee just in next order you’ll face absolute same issues again. - today i was delivered with my monthly order now have 3 items missing, 2 vegetables in bad condition, whtsapp no response becoz they dont care, have to call tomorrow. - last time dookan senior people called me and requested to delete such exposing opinion, and promised wont happen such issues again, but words didnt last more than 20-25days.
