I didn’t expect this app to work so well, but linking social media access to my daily step count has been really motivating. If I don’t hit my goal, my apps stay blocked — and that gets me moving fast.

Instead of endlessly scrolling, I’m walking more throughout the day to unlock my apps. The app is simple, accurate, and a great way to reduce screen time while staying active. Highly recommend if you need extra motivation to move more!
