## What is Doomy?

Stop doomscrolling with Doomy — the screen time blocker that helps you beat phone addiction, control screen time, and reclaim your focus.

Doomy needs you. Put. The phone. Down.

Meet the world's most dramatic app blocker. Doomy guilt-trips you (lovingly) every time you reach for a distracting app, turning screen time control into a game you'll actually want to win.

KEY FEATURES:
• App Blocker – block distracting apps and websites with customizable app limits that actually stick
• Focus Timer – run Pomodoro-style focus sessions and build deep-work streaks
• Stop Doomscrolling – break the infinite scroll habit on social media with playful interventions
• Screen Time Reports – see exactly where your hours go with clear daily and weekly usage stats
• Beat Phone Addiction – digital detox tools designed to reduce compulsive checking
• Custom Blocklists – tailor blocking to your worst offenders, from social feeds to news apps

Whether you're fighting phone addiction, trying to focus at work, or just want your evenings back, Doomy makes cutting screen time weirdly fun. Your future self says thanks.
