Thank you! ### 3/5 — Could be better *2026-07-27, version 1.18.0* I like the app for shopping and tracking my order, but after the most recent update it defaulted to German. I was able to navigate over to the language selection, and at first I thought English wasn’t an option, but it turns out it is, it’s just that the countries and languages are also listed in German. ### 3/5 — CODE TEAM COME ON *2026-07-26* As a dev….I know yall gonna get a lot of backlash but come on you guys forgot to keep supporting english 😩. I’m waiting on my order but hoping this will be a fix that comes out soon!! Otherwise i might need to quit learning japanese and move to learning german 💀. However it was awesome when i first got the app! so keeping it in hopes it gets fixed! Opened the app yesterday…all in German. Same today so I deleted to re-load. This option will be available soon with the latest update.💕 ### 4/5 — Translation *2026-07-26* You have to infer where to go, but under account (the person picture) there is a country & language option (looks like an old internet globe) you can choose your country, (in German) and then your language and it will reset. Is it annoying? Absolutely! But there is a fix. The issue has been resolved, feel free to check again 💕 ### 2/5 — Es wird immer schlechter!!! *2026-05-05* Seit Anfang des Jahres komme ich nicht mehr in meinen Club Bereich in der App und kann somit meine Punkte nicht sehen oder einlösen! Genauso ist es bei meinen Bestellungen! Ständig stürzt die App ab oder es kommen Fehlermeldungen. Auch gerade wieder wo ich eine Nachricht über die App geschrieben habe. Statt die zu senden bekomme ich schon wieder eine Fehlermeldung! Arbeitet endlich dran und reagiert mal, sonst geh ich zur Konkurrenz! :( **Developer response:** Danke für dein Feedback. Keine Ahnung ob es daran liegt, dass einem ab einem gewissen Wert ein Geschenk versprochen wird, dass es gar nicht mehr gibt, und er sich deshalb aufhängt? Someone wrote a review saying you go to account and click on a globe and change the language but I don't see a globe. In the mean time I have been ordering nails from Amazon (including Doonails) **Developer response:** At the very beginning of the app, you have the option to select your country and language. I cannot figure out how to change the language...
