Instead it autofills what it thinks you want to look at. For instance, if you pull up a collection say the Heritage Collection and look at a crossbody purse you can’t go back to look at the other purses in that collection it then takes you to purse>crossbody purses instead of collection>Heritage. Maybe I don’t want to look at ALL crossbody purses and just want to see all of the Heritage Collection purses. I don’t like it because now I have to go back to collections>heritage and then look at each purse individually and do this on every one. The customer service bot does not recognize my issue (‘Can’t log into my account’) so I delete the apps, log in a few days later, try again.
