DooNuts turns your todo list into a nut harvest. Every todo is a nut. When it's done, tap the nut: the squirrel carries it to the basket – and your pile grows. PLAN SIMPLY • Today shows what's due today, category by category. • Later gathers everything with a date, week by week and month by month. • As many categories as you like, each with its own nut: Work as a walnut, Home as a hazelnut, Sports as a pine nut … • Checklists: open a nut and tick off the small steps one by one. • Hold a nut to move it – into a new order or another category. • Repeating nuts: daily, weekly, monthly – they come back on their own. • A calendar with every nut at a glance, per category too. • Reminders at the time you choose, notes on every nut. • Search across everything. HARVEST, DON'T JUST CHECK OFF • Every finished nut lands in the basket. This season's harvest grows into a pile of nuts, next to the harvest of all time – category by category. • Every nut plays a note: each nut that lands in the basket and each tap on your pile plays the next note of the day's melody. • Seven classical melodies, one for each day of the week – played on a piano sampled note by note just for DooNuts. The note button switches melodies; the info button tells you what's playing. • Tap the squirrel – it's happy to see you. A SCENE THAT LIVES WITH THE DAY • The view of the waterfall changes with the season, the time of day and the real weather: sun, clouds, wind, rain, thunderstorms – plus snowy winters, sunsets and starry nights. • The habitat: visit the squirrel and the deer by the river. CALM AND PRIVATE • Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no ads, no tracking. • Your location is used for the weather only – and only if you allow it. • English, German and Japanese. DOONUTS PRO DooNuts Pro is all about the look and the sound: • Three more critters: a flying squirrel, a ground squirrel and a dormouse. • Three more instruments for the melody: pizzicato strings, vibraphone and synthesizer. • Set the scenery yourself: any season, any time of day, any weather. • Seven more app icons. Pro is a growing collection: new critters, instruments and icons join it over time. DooNuts Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, with 7 days free for first-time subscribers – or a one-time purchase that's yours for good, no subscription. Add a group from the ≡ menu at the top. Hold its heading to move it along with its nuts – anywhere, right up to the top. • Golden nut: make a nut golden with the star in an open nut or from its menu. It shines gold and stays at the top of its group. • New nuts now appear at the top of their list. • Move nuts: hold a nut and drag it to its new place – on Today into another category, too. • Sort categories: hold a category on Today or on the categories screen and drag it. On Today, its nuts come along. • Pick a date on the calendar: the date picker now shows a month calendar with every busy day; the wheel is still there as a second tab. • Date and Repeat are back in every nut's menu. • Rename: double-tap the title of an open nut. • In the harvest, nuts from deleted categories now count under "Deleted" instead of DooNuts. • Plus lots of small touches. ### 1.1 — 2026-10-10 New in DooNuts 1.1: • Checklists: open a nut and tick off the small steps one by one. Checklist, repeat and date now sit right below the open nut. • Every nut plays a note: each nut in the basket and each tap on your harvest plays the next note of the day's melody. Seven classics, one for each day of the week. • Now free for everyone: the harvest of all time, category by category, and as many categories as you like. • DooNuts Pro is now all about look and sound, and costs less. New in Pro: a flying squirrel, a ground squirrel and a dormouse, plus three instruments for the melody. And Pro is now also available as a one-time purchase that's yours for good. • While you type, a button above the keyboard now puts it away. Plus lots of small touches. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-07 Repeating nuts are now free for everyone: daily, weekly, monthly – they come back on their own.
