Drivers always late...

You only get a booking reference number rather than a text and/or email to confirm your booking.

The tracking your taxi never works

Last time I ordered the driver never actually turned up.

A lot to work on.

Obviously sometimes staff reflect adversely on their firms..and Vice versa..hence my experience of their staff..is that this firm deserves 5Stars..They treat OAPs as valued customers not encumbrances ..so my advice is Download their App.
