Driver was sound. Payment service atrocious . Supposed to pay with Apple Pay to avoid cash etc. took payment from bank, said not reached there side. Had to pay again with cash. All why stood in street at midnight with covid . Nice :(
I’ll chase the bank in the morning cos I’ve got nothing better to do 😩

I have reported my problem so many times I’m really fed up with the wrong pickup address at my own home this is an attempt to put it right if it doesn’t work I will go back to the other taxi services I used to use.

Poor service poor manners don’t use your card on the app get charged for a cancellation fee when the driver in a silver ford galaxy goes to the wrong address & cancels the trip.

Encouraged by the website to download the app but priority is taken by phone even if you book days in advance! Your booking comes up on their system 10 to 15mins before you need(reliable info from the inside) so if the taxi is 55 mins away tough! 
I cannot give it zero stars or I would. Shocking customer service. DO NOT BOOK THIS FIRM

Booking accepted by app and payment taken then cancelled by taxi firm because they do not cover Matlock. Very bad service. Left us stranded in a remote village. Waiting for refund.

I seem to like the updated version and the service revamp. I noticed when you missed giving a review to a driver, you can’t seem to get back to it. People are busy and might want to ignore after the trip and give it after. Can the dev team include ability to review a trip from trip list?

Thank you so much to my two fabulous drivers this morning, the first who took me from home to the Hallamshire Hospital and the second who brought me back. Their kindness, courtesy and companionable chatting was really wonderful to experience. I felt very cared for throughout each of the 2 journeys. Extremely helpful and friendly driver.  Carried my Tesco Christmas shop right to the front door.  Despite Tesco being jam packed and the app showing a 30 minute wait, I only waited 7 minutes. Made my day - thank you!
