I use it occasionally to accept parcels, and there have been several times where I will get a notification for the doorbell ringing, and open the app only for it to sign me out and ask me to sign in again, which results in me missing the ringer. Habe die App bereits neu installiert, WLAN nochmal neu eingestellt aber dennoch, klingelt das Hand nicht, zur Zeit etwas nervig. L’application qui se déconnecte du compte n’a rien à avoir avec le signal réseau. Par contre ce genre de déconnexion intempestive de l’application nous porte préjudice car on ne sait pas quand on sonne, et non seulement nous ne paierons pas pour parler au support qui doit être aussi compétent que celui qui répond que l’application déconnecte notre compte à cause du réseau. Ça n’a rien à voir ! C’est votre appli qui est développée avec les pieds. Bref. Comme dirait Gandalf : FUYEZ. Ce produit est nul !!!!!!!! MAJ après la réponse du dev suggérant d’appeler un numéro payant : j’enlève une étoile. Aussi parce que la déconnexion du compte n’a rien à voir avec la connexion internet. Il répond à côté. On me redemande mon avis depuis l’application pour savoir ce qui va et ne va pas : rien ne va. Donc je réitère : Déconnexion intempestive de l’application, et difficile de s’en rendre compte puisqu’il n’y a pas de photos ou historique des appels manqués dans l’application. Design pas aligné avec l’expérience Apple. Pas d’intégration à l’écosystème Legrand (Netatmo, Intuis : c’est quoi en fait votre écosystème ? Des briques qui ne s’empilent pas ? Absolument indispensable à développer. Pour l’instant cette application est trop basique. I miss tons of deliveries through my intercom, because the app will have logged me out without warning. This has been the case for years.
