## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — So glitchy

*2025-09-23, version 3.2.0r148*

This app is so awful. Fix the glitches I can’t even accept a delivery and visitors keep getting stuck at the carpark gate.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-06-29, version 3.2.0r148*

We had a new intercom installed in our apartment building and had ongoing issues with the app crashing and not connecting. When it did work it was very slow to respond and I would sometimes miss deliveries because the app was still trying to connect. We ended up going with a different system and had this replaced after 6 months. I would not recommend this system unless they made significant upgrades to the app improving speed and connectivity.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-04-20, version 3.2.0r148*

Continuously crashes with 500 errors and I cannot get past the crash point.

### 1/5 — It not great

*2025-01-28, version 3.2.0r148*

This system is limited and only one use per apartment. Multiple users could improve it and smart home linkin like google hub would be handy.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-11-09, version 3.2.0r148*

Logs you out and then you can’t log in again as it doesn’t send required code.

### 1/5 — Zero stars

*2024-08-31, version 3.2.0r148*

There is no way to give zero stars to this app
Constantly fails when I need it. I find that I have to way to the intercom gate and open it manually for visitors as the app crashes.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-08-12, version 3.2.0r148*

The app is constantly not functioning as expected. When trying to log in with username and password it is expected to generate a code to use (a bit like a captcha) and it frequently does not.
If you log in with phone number it does consistently send you a coode to enter however if you make a mistake you can't delete a digit.
It has been “system offline” on occasions making the whole thing useless.
I just cannot rely on it.

### 1/5 — Constant drop outs

*2024-03-18, version 3.2.0r141*

The app constantly closes out asking you to log back in, at the same time ask to enter a code that isn’t shown.
