App only stores/displays screenshot of person ringing doorbell, if you are subscribed to pro you have to go to another section, find the time, and play the video, something very few will do. You cannot see image or video from the notification when someone brings the doorbell, look at their preview screenshot, i don't want to open the door to someone i don't see.
