Half of the time nothing would love after constantly restart the app delete it and everything else. Live orders don’t show up, you can’t mark items as sold out, you can’t update orders in real time, and the Campaigns tab is completely gone. Instead, they replaced all the useful stuff with a bunch of data dashboards that nobody needs on a daily basis. Totally not user-friendly. The only thing that still works well is replying to customer reviews — everything else is broken or missing. I even tried running campaigns through the web browser, and guess what? Same story — none of those tabs exist there either. DoorDash needs to seriously reconsider whoever approved this update. Removing campaigns and breaking core operational features doesn’t just hurt restaurants — it hurts DoorDash’s own revenue. Most restaurant owners don’t have 10 minutes to sit on hold with support every time they need to make a simple menu change or update an order. We’re running a business, not waiting in a customer service queue. Fix this. Bring back the features that actually matter.
