They could literally put anything in your drink bc even when they put a little sicker the person can just open the lid. But, I can’t order from Safeway in here because the location they make the dasher go to (even if they have to pass several to get to my address) is the tiniest Safeway imaginable that should not even be a location dashers go to. They are almost always out of everything I want. I’ve complained, been told that won’t happen again. And it always does. So I just don’t order groceries on here anymore. You would think their directions for dashers would include the route they have to take from their location, rather than which one is closest to you. Just because it’s the closest one to me, doesn’t mean it’s the one I would go to, nor does it mean it’s the best one for the dasher to go to. ### 4/5 — Unable to Purchase Liquor *2026-09-07, version 8.34.1* Why is the option to buy liquor in 750ml and 1.75L bottles no longer available for delivery, while smaller sizes are still offered? Is this change permanent, and will I be required to switch to Instacart? I prefer to continue supporting and remain loyal to DoorDash. I order from DD at least six days a week, sometimes 2-3 times in a single day. As someone who is physically disabled, I rely on DoorDash for food and grocery deliveries. I’ve tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt but form the app sending people to the wrong address at my former place of residence and then the complicated process I had to go through to try and get a refund or a recent order that was never resolved. I would definitely suggest using some other food delivery service. ### 2/5 — CHANGE YOUR MAPS *2026-09-07, version 8.34.1* I have reached out so many times about my address being wrong on the drivers maps and they have done nothing about it. So irritating, I shouldn’t have to watch my food like a hawk to make sure it come to MY house and not some random house in a completely different neighborhood and yes I’ve checked my address. It’s correct. The house it’s going to has a different address and has even complain to the drivers that this keeps happening and random people are coming to their house to pick up their food. My last order was messed up and now this one. Nothing was sealed when it was picked up. I always ask for hand it to me option with a pin and the driver didn’t follow directions either on that. Drivers you want a tip but can’t follow directions, yeah read that again. Then you have your mommy write complaints on local Facebook groups about tipping. Cry babies no wonder. The world would be a better place if people actually followed directions.
