They claim to server in Medavakkam and Pallikarnai. Don't waste your time, they don't serve in any part of Pallikarnai, tried pointing to address from jaychandran to Balaji dental college, no service throughout.
Their app does not bypass the location finder. 
No support information to reach. 
Complete waste of time.
