## What is DoorVi?

Answer your door from anywhere.

DoorVi is a QR code based video intercom, visitor management and access control platform - for a single home or an entire property.

A visitor scans a QR code at the door or gate. Your phone rings with a live video call. You see who it is, speak to them, and open the door - from the sofa, the office or another country. No visitor app. No wall handset. No cabling.

HOW IT WORKS

1. A DoorVi QR code is placed at the door, gate or building entrance.
2. The visitor scans it with any phone camera.
3. The right resident, flat, employee or department is called on live video.
4. You see the visitor and open the door or gate from your phone.

QR CODE VIDEO INTERCOM

A video door phone without the wiring. Guests, deliveries, couriers, cabs, technicians and service staff reach you through one scan.

- Live audio and video calls from a QR code
- No app, signup or login for the visitor
- Answer from anywhere with an internet connection
- Speak to a visitor before deciding to let them in
- Works for a single door or across a whole building

VISITOR MANAGEMENT FOR PROPERTIES

DoorVi replaces the shouting, the phone calls and the paper register at the gate. Visitors reach the exact resident, flat, office or department they came for, and the person being visited identifies them on video before anyone is let in.

For a property, it means one entry process across every door, gate and tower, without new cable to a single flat.

GUEST PRE-APPROVAL

Expecting someone? Approve them before they arrive.

Create a visitor pass with your guest's name and phone number, choose the access point they should use, and set the access details. Share the pass by WhatsApp, SMS or any messaging app.

When your guest arrives, they enter with the access code they were given - no call, no waiting at the gate, no need for you to be reachable.

Pre-approval is built for the visitors you already expect: family and friends, house help and domestic staff, drivers, nannies, cleaners, deliveries, contractors, regular service visits and short-stay rental guests.

ACCESS CONTROL

DoorVi connects the conversation to the door itself. Open doors, gates, barriers, electric locks and relay-based entry systems straight from the call, and let pre-approved guests in with an access code.

- Remote door and gate opening from your phone
- Access codes for pre-approved visitors
- Works with the access control hardware a property already has
- Keyless entry, with no fob or card to hand out

DIGITAL CONCIERGE

Place a Digital Concierge at the entrance and visitors use a tablet to search for the resident, employee or department they need, then start a call from the screen. The same kiosk drives the gate, lock or relay, so arrival, verification and entry happen in one place.

SMARTPHONE INTERCOM FOR BUILDINGS

Residents, tenants, employees and security teams use the phones they already carry instead of a wall handset. A new flat or team member is added in seconds, not with a cable run.

FOR RESIDENTS AND HOMEOWNERS

- See and speak to every visitor before opening the door
- Never miss a delivery because you were not home
- Let family, staff or guests in remotely
- Pre-approve guests and share access codes
- Keep the door closed to anyone you do not recognise

FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS AND DEVELOPERS

- Video intercom across an entire property, without cabling
- Faster, calmer visitor entry at the gate
- Digital visitor workflows and guest pre-approval
- Access control and Digital Concierge deployments
- One system for residential, commercial and mixed-use property

WHO USES DOORVI

Apartments and flats, housing societies and gated communities, villas and independent homes, condominiums, offices and corporate campuses, co-working spaces, hotels, short-stay rentals and commercial buildings.
