They hold your item hostage at their warehouse and force you to pay astronomical, fabricated shipping fees . I am being asked to pay $88-$113+ to ship a $114 doll to the USA because they claim the package is 17 pounds! They refuse to cancel the order or issue a refund, trapping your initial payment so you are forced to either abandon your item or pay their fraudulent fees. Unacceptable business practices. I am absolutely furious. ### 1/5 — A bug doesn't allow me to complete my shipping address *2026-07-22, version 1.5.11* I am from Canada. When i entered my country for the delivery address, it doesn't let me select province. And without province, it doesn't let me complete the address. Unbelievable. Please don’t get this app because it will scam you off your money. ### 1/5 — Can no longer recommend. *2026-06-25, version 1.5.6* I loved using them for a year, but their customer service has gone to the dumps. They copy and paste replies without actually reading your concern. Doorzo Air and ECMS are also not insured, so if something happens, your package WILL NOT be compensated. Now with the new CPSC guidelines, they are leaving you to figure it out on your own so you’ll be high risk of getting your package seized and destroyed now. They have an army of fake fans that will make you think it’s you mistake why they take two weeks plus to ship things. Their prices are crazy sometimes. Stay away. ### 1/5 — First and LAST TIME using Doorzo!!! Never again! *2026-05-23* I bought some perfume on Doorzo. They stated that they would be able to ship the perfume, although the only method in which it could be shipped, would be by sea freight shipping. So I bought the perfume under the pretenses that I would still receive the perfume, although it would take some time. Perfume arrived to the warehouse, and I’m not being given the option to select sea freight shipping. I reach out to the customer service and they have the utter gall to tell me that they cannot offer me a refund nor can they ship me the product either. And to top that all off, they tell me to find ANOTHER Japanese proxy shipping company. is that not what Doorzo is about? It’s a Japanese proxy shipping company. Why would I have to go out of my way to find yet ANOTHER Japanese proxy shipping company to grab my item from another Japanese proxy shipping company? I don’t even know where your warehouse is so how would I be able to tell the other Japanese proxy shipping company where my item is if I don’t even know. Because at that point, you haven’t completed your terms of service. you did not give me my item. The only thing you did was keep it in your warehouse. Because I don’t have to pay someone else to do your job. And in the end I would have to lose even more money. And despite telling me that they will not refund me I did my research and I found out that I’m not the only person that bought a body mist or perfume on their app or website or service, and then told that they could be provided sea freight shipping and then not be able to receive their order. they were given a refund. I am not so I feel like I am being personally targeted and with that being said, I will never ever use this company again. If you do not live in a country that uses USD as their currency, then your bank will also likely charge you a percentage fee on every transaction to convert your local currency to USD to pay, so you end up paying a conversion fee twice for each transaction instead of once, like it was when they billed in JPY. ### 1/5 — Hidden conversion fee is like all the rest *2026-03-30, version 1.4.2* Used to be a great app that you could use Japanese yen.
