## What is Dopagaki?

Dopagaki helps you pause before opening distracting apps.

Choose the apps you want to limit, create schedules or daily limits, and use Apple Screen Time controls to block them. When you genuinely need access, you can start a short temporary unlock. Dopagaki then restores protection using Screen Time events and state checks.

Features available in the initial release:

• Block selected apps with Apple Screen Time controls
• Time-of-day schedules and daily usage limits
• 3- or 5-minute temporary unlocks on Free
• Focus sessions
• Daily records based on actions Dopagaki can actually observe
• Pro options for more targets, more rules, 10-minute unlocks, and longer focus sessions
• A permanent “Remove all restrictions” safety action

Dopagaki does not read messages, photos, or content inside selected apps. It is a self-control tool and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
