dopaMINE is a private, all-in-one recovery app for whatever's hijacking your dopamine — endless scrolling, social media, gaming, vaping, alcohol, or a habit of your own. It builds a recovery toolkit around each habit and lets you watch your mind heal as your dopamine rebalances.

• BLOCKING (iPhone) — shield the apps and websites that pull you in, with daily time limits and a soft "a little more time" you control. Optional strict mode removes the escape hatch.
• RIDE THE URGE — a guided breathing tool to surf a craving until it passes, and a count of every urge you've beaten.
• STREAKS & HISTORY — clean-time and on-track streaks, your best record, and a timeline of every reset.

Private by design. No dopaMINE account is required. Core recovery data is stored on your device; if you enable optional private iCloud backup, a copy is stored in your Apple iCloud account. We never see what you block or how you use your phone.

dopaMINE Plus unlocks blocking, unlimited habits, deeper insights, and custom habits. Monthly and annual options are available. Prices and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before purchase; offer availability depends on Apple ID eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be managed in App Store settings.
