As it got delivered just after 10pm both shops were closed so we emailed to request a refund. We then waited for a response for two days, rang both Witham and Beverley Road stores, both of which were unhelpful and said because it’s on the Dope Eats app they can’t issue a refund like they can on Just Eat so they would refer it to the owner and would get a refund in 3-5 days. But the first time I ordered I did so in the app and could order in advance. Today when I tried, it opens into a webpage and is only available for order now. I also tried to sign up for the loyalty scheme but every email address I tried showed up as not recognised.
