Hat noch nie wirklich funktioniert. Aktuell lassen sich mal wieder keine aktuellen Türereignissr auslesen. Ich denke, ich schmeiße den ganzen Kram endgültig raus und kaufe was anständiges. Update: mit der aktuellen Version 4.1.0 wird es wieder einmal verschlimmbessert. Das auslesen von Türereignissen funktioniert in Bezug auf Datenübertragung, aber mit völlig falschen Daten und Datumsangaben. So ist es immer noch absolut unbrauchbar. Update für den Support: In der App werden im Protokoll sowohl falsche Jahre, falsche Monate und völlig falsche Uhrzeiten angegeben. Aktuelle Ereignisse werden für März 2011 oder 2013 ausgegeben. Leider kann man auch den Support nicht wirklich ernst nehmen. Wir haben das System seit mehreren Jahren und es hat nie wirklich funktioniert. Ich finde für so ein Unternehmen sollte mehr Anspruch haben an seinen technischen Infrastruktur. ### 1/5 — Sommer-/Winterzeit falsch programmiert *2026-03-17, version 4.0.9* Der Wechsel von Winter- auf Sommerzeit erfolgt in der App am ersten Sonntag im März anstatt am letzten. Der Wechsel von Sommer- auf Winterzeit am ersten Sonntag im Oktober anstatt am letzten. Somit können Mitarbeiter die Tür im März und Oktober nicht rechtzeitig bedienen. Bitte dringend nachbessern!! Die 9,99€ sind futsch. Absolut unmöglich ### 1/5 — Nach 2 Jahren nicht mehr zu nutzen *2025-11-07* Haben insgesamt fünf Schlösser in zwei Geschäften montiert. Ein Schloss ist meinen Kollegen nach zwei Jahren abgebrochen. (wäre zu verzeihen). Hauptproblem, dass wir keine Zeitfenster mehr programmieren können. Bedeutet, man steht plötzlich abends vor verschlossener Tür oder auch morgens bei Öffnung des Geschäftes ist es nicht möglich das Schloss zu entsperren. Die Firma, die uns die Schlösser installiert hat, war einen ganzen Tag bei uns zu Besuch. Anscheinend liegt der Fehler an einer veralteten Firmware, da das neue Schloss problemlos auch mit Zeitfenster funktionierte. Lösungsansatz von dormakaba die Geräte einfach mal neu zu programmieren, hat sowohl die Installationsfirma als auch wir durchgeführt. Leider ohne Ergebnis, denn die Firmware blieb natürlich alt. Das auslesen der Tür Daten ist natürlich auch nicht mehr möglich, so dass auch die App jetzt ohne Funktion für mich ist. Die zehn Euro hätte ich mir sparen können… Werde jetzt zu Baumarktschlösser wechseln müssen. Die können hoffentlich mehr. Gerne darf sich die Firma dormakaba mit Alarmtechnik Theis im Saarland in setzen, die haben mittlerweile aufgegeben. (Und die wissen auch, wer ich bin) ### 1/5 — Fehlfunktionen *2025-09-03* Seit einiger Zeit kann ich die Türereignisse nicht mehr auslesen bzw. anzeigen lassen, der letzte Stand ist aus 3/25. Verbindet und vibriert ein paar Mal, zeigt aber nichts Neues. Die Batterie ist nach ca. 1 Jahr noch auf 100%, ich hätte erwartet, dass es durchaus weniger sein sollte und bin daher skeptisch, ob diese Info verlässlich ist. Ein Update zur Fehlerbehebung wäre fein, es ist immerhin kein Spielzeug (da funktioniert es meist besser…). **Developer response:** Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die App Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt hat, und wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten. Man braucht zwischen 2 - 20 Versuche um es zu aktualisieren. ### 1/5 — Softwareprobleme *2025-08-08* Die Türschlösser funktionieren gut, nur die App hat viele Softwareproblem. Die App nutze ich bereits seit etwas mehr als 2 Jahre und es gibt immer wieder Probleme mit den Grundfunktionen. Vor einigen Monaten konnte man für einige Tage die Zeitprofile nicht mehr in der App anpassen und ans Türschloss programmieren, was dazu geführt hat dass man die Zeiten von Benutzern nicht mehr anpassen konnte. Das hat für uns ein Sicherheitsproblem dargestellt. Aktuell besteht das Problem dass man die Türereignisse angezeigt bekommt. Man kann sie auslesen und es wird angezeigt dass es erfolgreich war, aber man sieht die Ereignisse in der App nicht. **Developer response:** Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die App Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt hat, und wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten.
