With resivo home the problem is solved! Our 100% secure app allows you to send a digital key for your home or mailbox via the Internet directly to the smartphone of your trusted person, and this from anywhere in the world. You can also allow time-limited access: for example, only on Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

If your trusted person doesn't have a smartphone, access media (key card or key fob) are available to hand out before you leave, allowing for the same benefits.

Qualitättsicherung kann dormakab einfach nicht. Jedes Release enthält wieder Bugs uns bis die behoben sind vergehen Monate. Aktuelles Release: Beim Öffnen der App PopUp Bluetooth muss aktiviert werden (was es ist).  Nach ein paar Sekunden verschwindet dieses von allein. Warum fällt soetwas nicht auf bevor die App veröffentlicht wird? 🙄

Neuerdings muss man bei dormakaba für einen digitalen Schlüssel bezahlen! Auf den ersten Blick richtig Blöd. Ist doch an sich eine coole Funktion. Aber die meisten anderen Schlösser, die ich getestet habe, benötigen immer eine WLAN-Internet-Verbindung! Das mag ich nicht. OK 5,99 ist ein Wort, aber ein verlorener Schlüssel ist noch blööder.

Ich kann es noch gar nicht glauben. Dormakaba wirbt damit, dass man ganz easy Schlüssel dem Nachbarn, Gästen oder Handwerkern schicken kann und so den Zugang zum Objekt oder Wohnung steuert. Über Jahre waren diese digitalen Schlüssel selbstverständlich ohne weitere Kosten verbunden. Und jetzt aus heiterem Himmel soll man 5,99€ pro versendeten Schlüssel bezahlen. Sorry dann macht das ganze System keinen Sinn mehr. Niemand wird das neu installieren und alle aktuellen Kunden werden weg wollen. Ändert das bitte sofort wieder zurück oder geht in 3 Jahren pleite.

The mobile app is terrible, anytime I go into an elevator or have sudden poor signal, the app makes me login again and go through all the prompts. So I would have to wait at my door for the login screen to go away, then I have to wait for a loading screen before I can even get access to the app to unlock my door.

Constantly logs me out or freezing when I need to access my key. I have offline mode turned on, doesn’t save that setting after it logs me out. Pretty much have given up on using the app. Their fobs are not much better, super slow and painful.
