Keeps force closing when trying to setup and bind our new door lock. Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and it keeps crashing on startup. $3000 for a door lock we can’t use because of this app!

中國水準的電子鎖！
App裡面註冊的資料沒有辦法自己改名，無法管理資料。一直沒有改進，可見這家公司只顧銷售，售後服務一概不管！ 
全部指紋註冊資料都是Unknow ,沒辦法命名。要刪除某人指紋也不知道是哪一個？問題存在超過一年最新版也沒解決。有管制人員進出需求的用戶向後轉，找別家的電子鎖吧！

見過最爛的app之一，而且還是一個將近兩萬的門鎖，當初為了安全選擇此品牌，現在後悔幹嘛找罪受不買小米就好，當初吹得天花亂墜有什麼功能，居然可以app改版後功能全取消，看來是錢付的不夠多。

手機版除了開跟關，以及共享鑰匙設定，其餘沒什麼功能可用，許多設定都要在機器上設定，真的有點可惜，可以參考yale的APP，其實做得很貼近使用者，像新增和刪除卡片、指紋等，都可以在APP同步設定，這其實對使用者非常方便，希望未來能夠陸續增加更友善的功能！

另外就是機器上同步回來的資料跟實際資料根本都不相同，比方我新增10張卡片，同步回來清單只有4個，我明明新增3個指紋，同步資料也只有1個指紋訊息可以做更改名稱...這真的有點傻眼@@，導致編號要註明名稱也不知道哪個是哪個。

Does the bare minimum to be considered somewhat functional. Very buggy. Does not provide much functionality to the smart lock. BLE unlocking requires both face ID and a passcode, removing any daily value to this app. Crying out for an Apple Watch app for easy unlocking.

Using I phone X, I have synced my device to the door lock it was all working and showing when a user opened the door, what they used to open it fingerprint / card.  Now the app won’t open? Rebooted my phone still nothing.  App support takes you to a Chinese website I’m sure all the info I need is there but I can’t read Chinese!
