I would give -infinity out of 5 if i can rate in that way.
They ruined my plan during my finals.
They charged fees that i don't recognize.
They deleted my account after i raised my confusions of the fees.
Im not even using their services and I've already been charged 130 dollars. For 5 paper boxes.
Go on Yelp and you will find negative feedbacks.
1. Your card is under their control.
You cant even reject or review the payments once they tried to charge you because you have already give them a payment method. All they do is to send you a cheerful notice that Hey you are charged. Congrats! I mean WTH.
2. They only message you if they cant pick up your stuff. Oh wait they also charge you and tag the fee as “late cancellation fee.”
During this covid thing, no one can live on campus. And they did not tell me there wont be pickups during the time because the campus is closed. (They don't go to apartments nearby also. Because the campus is closed. No logic at all) I was so angry and anxious because they didn't tell me about it. and i was trying to finish my finals and dues. My lease for my apartment would be ended in two days and i can either pay 399 dollars for another pick up or find another storage. Oh yeah they charged ME 30 dollars for their incapability.
3. Account has no protection.
I cannot login to my account after all this to check the refund status. I downloaded this app and realized that my account must has been deleted by this company. What can i do? Nothing literally. Go on a court??? Its not a loooot of money after all but it indeed is enough to disgust you.
All in all, just... avoid it. Pick ups are not guaranteed and full of risks.
Use cubesmart or sth... idk just. Don't.
