If you've got the app, you should be able to report your card as lost/ stolen by going to the My Card section. Alternatively, if you need to get in touch with us, please call our Customer Services line on 0333 220 2502. The system will ask you to confirm your card/ account number, however, if you do not have these details to hand, please just stay silent and the system will eventually transfer you to an agent - Nicole
