### 2/5 — Search is broken

*2026-05-29, version 2026.5.21*

Trying to search this app makes me die inside. It resets your filters and shows you tables you can’t book. I won’t be renewing.

### 1/5 — Scammy practices

*2026-05-08, version 2026.4.27*

They try to take your contacts claiming they don't use it but want to validate you for vibe? This is supposed to be a service to book restaurants. If u don't use the data why the scammy gate? We've seen this movie before and know how it ends

### 1/5 — Increasingly disappointing

*2026-04-30, version 2026.4.21*

I liked it at the start enough to sign up for the $5k plan. But it’s totally changed. Now, if you want to book with any of the really good restaurants, you have to get the $25k pre spend plan - even for a Tuesday night reservation. Which I would actually be open to if it was a genuine annual spend - instead you have to spend a certain amount each month or you just lose the value if unspent. For the remainder of the restaurants, the availability is similar to resy/open table etc.

They also automatically roll you over without even an email in advance which is a pretty good sign of a subscription plan that’s nervous about the value they offer.

### 1/5 — Found a better alternative

*2026-04-29, version 2026.4.21*

I just got accepted to Worldkey dot . Club. And it’s way much better, so far everything works. Dorsia doesn’t work. Period. Any reservations that matter aren’t available or a “custom request” there’s literally never a response. Almost all the restaurants they have you could probably just go and give the door guy $100 and he’ll let you right in. When and if you get your check or your updated bill, there’s so many fees and hidden things and Sometimes there’s a fee on the bill that has nothing to do with the restaurant. It’s just purely Dorsia.

### 1/5 — Availability So Poor The $ Goes To Waste

*2026-04-16, version 2026.4.16*

The availability of reservations on Dorsia that are not available on Resy with advanced notice was poor to begin with and now with the level higher than premium it’s even worse. Our $$ goes unused and is wasted when it expires. Shame on me for not thinking that the fine print would not be implemented in such a way as to eliminate value and leave a vile taste in this member’s mouth.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-04-10, version 2026.4.3*

Not worth it

### 3/5 — Filter by subscription level

*2026-04-09, version 2026.4.3*

Please let us filter to just premium. Otherwise this is just a huge waste of time

### 1/5 — No contacts, no access

*2026-04-09, version 2026.4.3*

What a scam. App requires full access to your contacts to even finish creating an account. Between this and a paid membership to get reservations, it’ll be hard pass. If I could, I would punch their growth officer and possibly stab with a fork à la rene redzepi.

### 1/5 — O well

*2026-04-08, version 2026.4.3*

Made me feel unworthy of an app .

### 1/5 — Does not work in Mexico

*2026-03-26, version 2026.3.20*

Does not work in Mexico

### 1/5 — App is a complete joke

*2026-03-23, version 2026.3.20*

Impossible to find a reservation that is literally not available for free on open table / resy without being forced to spend $500 per person.

### 1/5 — Absolute Garbage

*2026-03-15, version 2026.3.7*

Extremely high minimum spends that are far more than what you would actually pay dining “normally” at the restaurant and a tiered membership system where all of the food stuff costs $5-25K / year in membership. And they don’t offer any kind of 24 hour refund policy. Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Complete rip off

*2026-03-03, version 2026.2.24*

Paid for a year, cancelled, “they had no record of it” and when I disputed with my credit card they fought tooth and nail over £175 - that I had cancelled in the first place. Very classy and luxurious experience and touch. Stay away!

### 1/5 — Absolute Scam

*2026-02-22, version 2026.2.6*

This app is complete garbage. They steal your money if you don’t redeem your credits monthly for a dinner reservation. Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Premium membership lost it’s value

*2026-02-16, version 2026.2.6*

A year or two ago the Premium membership let you easy book tables at places like Torrisi, but now they released Premium Plus for $25k and moved availability there. Kind of sucks paying $5k a year for places I can just book myself on Resy.

Classic tail of charging more for a worse experience after initial launch.

### 1/5 — Unfortunately they are dishonest

*2026-02-13, version 2026.2.6*

Stay well clear - I am sad to confirm that they are dishonest.

They used to have a free membership, and you would pay for credits that you could redeem at restaurants with a minimum spend.

They've now gone onto a membership scheme in which I have no interest. I asked for my money back and they came back saying "I am pleased to inform you that we can apply your credits towards your membership".

Crooks.

### 2/5 — Used to be a fan, new pricing is outlandish

*2026-01-19, version 2026.1.4*

I was an early adopter pre the rollout of their membership model and it worked well enough for work. It’s a beautiful app experience, but the highly desirable restaurants are locked out of the lower tier membership and I can’t justify having to pay $5k/year for tables that often show up on public reservation platforms.

I’ve since made the switch to TableOne and have gotten what I’ve needed for a fraction of the cost.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Greed At Its Worst

*2026-09-04, version 2026.8.31*

If you want to take all the fun out of dining out, this is the app for you. Everything is about extracting every last dollar out of you.

### 1/5 — Bad customer service

*2026-08-23, version 2026.7.29*

Terrible un-personal UI

### 1/5 — Pure scam and even worse customer service

*2026-08-20, version 2026.7.29*

We joined Dorsia thinking some hard to get reservations will be easier to get. But they’ve been a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. Context: NYC, top income, dine out 4 days a week, travel internationally, well connected to get a last minute table at the city’s blue chip restaurants.
I think Dorsia offers a terrible scheme to tie you up into a system that perhaps the nouveau riche or youngsters may find helpful. Some minimums are just outrageous on principle. Even if you order an expensive bottle of wine, unless it is DRC or like. Many reservations can be found on other apps so you don’t need Dorsia. There is one restaurant that we used it for and now that we’re insiders, don’t need Dorsia to get a table there. In a few other in restaurants we’ve been trying to get a table, there is either no availability or availability at super early (5:30pm) or super late (10:30pm) time slots. Mind you, we do NOT have the basic version. They also don’t have family usage so -works for singles, not so great for couples. The only upside so far is not having to ask for the bill - that is if you’re dining alone or want to pay for the whole party.
Waste of a spend. DEFINITELYNOT RENEWING!
PS- for those who aren’t coming through a reference, they ask for access to your entire contact list. That is a very high price to pay for a mediocre scam like product. They should be paying you for your contacts. I am hoping they get sued for this.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2026-07-14, version 2026.7.7*

Unless you purchase the Premium or Premium Plus memberships (which are equivalent to a car down payment) it’s pointless. The reservations available for the Access membership you can get on your own without needing a minimum spend. I basically gave the app owners $200 for nothing.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-06-13, version 2026.6.10*

This is a bait and switch app, gating what you want behind additional membership tiers. AVOID.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-06-10, version 2026.6.3*

Buying a membership locks up your money and then Dorsia controls how fast you can spend it, has non-existent customer support, and doesn’t guarantee reservations. Totally pointless.

### 1/5 — Data collection scam

*2026-05-16, version 2026.5.6*

This app asks for your full contact list, and then does not provide access to the app itself. I suspect they’ll be facing privacy litigation in the near future over this. Avoid.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2026-05-14, version 2026.5.6*

Every reservation available to access members is easily accessed on OpenTable and resy. Only sign up for Dorsia if you’re willing to shell out for the expensive plans. Waste of money otherwise.

### 1/5 — Useless basic membership

*2026-05-13, version 2026.4.27*

The basic membership is completely useless. It doesn’t offer any availability to get the most difficult restaurants which are only available with the premium versions which entirely defeats the purpose of the app.

### 1/5 — Upgrades are a lie

*2026-05-11, version 2026.4.27*

I was interested in some reservations in NY and found them to be locked behind the paywall and it told me to upgrade to Access at $200 - I did that only to be told no, I needed a further upgrade at $5000 more.
The company intentionally misleads and then refuses refund requests due to clearly false advertising. This is a scam and Apple should remove it:

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — My favorite dining app

*2026-07-21, version 2026.7.15*

Love this app. Makes it so easy to take clients out last minute at great restaurants.

### 5/5 — Seamless evening

*2026-06-07, version 2026.6.3*

No bill, see your order on your phone.. and a reservation that was almost impossible to come by.

### 5/5 — Best app

*2026-05-15, version 2026.5.6*

Incredible restaurants only. So helpful

### 5/5 — Misleading ad then got hit with 250 charge to get s refund

*2026-01-02, version 2025.12.15*

Ad said if i paid 5000 for membership minimum spends go to 150 per. I paid it and immediately tried booking a few places and the minimum spend was much higher. Plus they had very few top spots available unless i paid 25000. Within 15 minutes i sent emails inquiring and asking for refund. They first said no refunds but then agreed to give me one less a 5% fee. Not a fan.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2025-11-19, version 2025.11.18*

Paid for the $5k membership where you get the $$ credited back each time you eat at a restaurant. Live in NYC which is now impossible to get ressies and so far I’m impressed. Have already eaten at two restaurants I never would have gotten in before and we loved both. For the $5k membership, the min spend is $150/person which is what we would spend in NYC anyway. If you don’t mind laying out the $$ in advance, and want access to hard to get ressies, it works.

### 5/5 — Lovee

*2025-09-29, version 2025.9.36*

Best way to get those last minute or very hard reservations!!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-09-03, version 2025.8.3*

Seeing a lot of comments from people who are disappointed at minimums etc. if you are coupon clipping and struggling financially then this app isn’t probably for you. It’s great for options with restaurants that are usually booked. For the restaurants that are available on other apps and less expensive there is a lower minimum. Booking a dinner at Daniel? It’s going to cost you, but also you can get reservations the day before or sometimes day of and if you aren’t trying to save money and eat a dinner with a few drinks then you will actually have no problem hitting the minimum. Also so nice to just leave instead of lingering around waiting for the check. Great app, lots of choices even in other countries which makes it easier. Saves time and time is money.

### 5/5 — An Exclusive Culinary Passport — DORSIA Redefines Dining in the Digital Age

*2025-06-05, version 2025.5.6*

Dorsia isn’t just an app… it’s a key to an elevated lifestyle. As someone who appreciates fine dining and curated experiences, I can confidently say Dorsia has transformed the way I approach going out in major cities.

From the moment I downloaded the app, I was impressed by its clean, luxurious interface and seamless user experience. Everything about it feels premium, because it is. The reservations are not just for any restaurants, but for a handpicked selection of the most sought after, trend defining spots in town. Think of it as your insider pass to the tables everyone’s trying to book but no one can get.

What truly sets Dorsia apart is its guaranteed, pre-paid reservations model. No more stressful refreshing, waitlists, or no shows. You pay for the experience upfront, ensuring a smooth, commitment forward interaction for both diners and restaurants. It's a win win, and a refreshing alternative to the chaos of traditional booking platforms.

Since joining, I've secured hard to get reservations at top tier restaurants in NYC and LA with zero hassle. The concierge level customer service, the exclusivity, and the cultural cachet all make Dorsia feel like more than just a dining app, it’s a members only lifestyle club that brings back the joy and reliability of going out.

If you value unforgettable dining experiences, and you're tired of playing the reservation lottery, Dorsia is absolutely worth it.

If you live in a major city or travel often, Dorsia is a must have! You also get special treatment from booking through Dorsia (best table and excellent service) and they keep their selection updated with great restaurants
