Love their food, but the app is super annoying. I received the email promotion, showed it to the cashier who attempted to scan my qr code from the app, but both qrs were giving error messages at the cash wrap. The cashier thought she adjusted/overrode the price to meet the promotion but when I paid with my ApplePay, my receipt read: $15.23. This new version is terrible. Why separate the loyalty points and pay. Have to scan two different QR codes each time. The app is supposed to speed up and simplify the transaction experience. It wouldn’t apply my initial sign up discount. Then when that took too long, I had to pick a new pickup time. And after all that, it couldn’t verify the pricing for 10 minutes? Feel like that should happen as soon as you pick your location when you begin ordering. I haven’t even been able to find the section of the app for Support if there’s one at all.
