## What is Dose Days?

Dose Days is a quiet companion for your microdosing practice. Log your doses, intentions, moods, and reflections in your own words, and watch the patterns emerge across your whole cycle.

Most trackers only see the dose. Dose Days understands the full rhythm: dose days, integration days, and the return to baseline. That is where the real picture lives.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- Log in seconds. Capture each dose with an intention, a mood, and a note, in your own words. The app learns your language over time.
- See your whole journey. A calendar shows your rhythm and your moods together, so you can read a full cycle at a glance.
- Track your stack. Record every component with its own amount, from a template built in or one you save yourself.
- Understand what works. Dose Days reflects your patterns back to you: how you feel on dose days, integration days, and at baseline, and what actually makes a difference for you.
- Build around your rhythm. Follow a structured protocol or design your own.
- Breathe with intention. A calm, guided breathing space, built in.
- Your data, safe and yours. Back up everything to a file, or turn on automatic backup to your own private iCloud, so nothing is lost if you change or reset your phone.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
All your data stays on your device. No account, no tracking, no servers of ours. If you turn on backup, it goes only to your own private iCloud, never to us.

Dose Days is a tool for reflection and self awareness. It does not provide medical advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.4 — 2026-08-17

Your backups now carry everything. Voice notes, breathwork history and your saved chocolate bar are all included, whether you back up to a file or to iCloud, and restoring brings every word and every recording back.

Voice notes have moved to safer storage, so they survive app updates and low-storage clean-ups. If a recording ever can't be found, the app now says so honestly instead of showing a silent play button.

Clear All Data now removes everything, including recordings.

The "Forgot to log?" reminder only appears when you've genuinely missed a dose day, rather than nagging you on schedule.

And some polish: a new sun icon for Today, plus a handful of small copy fixes.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-07-26

Logging is easier to finish:

• The Continue button now stays in view as you log, instead of sitting below the fold
• Custom protocols save from a button that is always on screen
• Dose amounts follow your device's number format, so decimal commas now work correctly
• Clearer, more legible text throughout, particularly in light mode
• New: open the Learn Hub from Settings for guides and articles
• A softer, warmer breathing orb

### 1.5 — 2026-07-22

Mood tracking is now much easier to reach.

- Add or edit a mood for any day straight from your calendar: tap a day, tap Add mood, done
- Rate how you felt when logging a dose for a past day, or when editing an entry
- A clearer daily check-in on your Today screen after you log
- Moods on days without a dose now count towards your baseline patterns
- Small fixes, including tidier stats in the calendar header

### 1.4.4 — 2026-07-18

This update hands you full control of your calendar.

- Delete a dose from any day. Open a day, remove a log you did not mean to keep, with a quick confirmation so nothing goes by accident.
- Log retroactively. Tap any past day and add a dose you took but did not record at the time, then adjust the time before saving.
- Smoother journalling. Saving now returns you to your Journal rather than the Today screen.

mall, genuinely useful changes, most of them straight from your feedback. Keep it coming.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-07-13

Improvements to custom protocols: saving now applies reliably, your custom protocols stay available in the protocol list, and the journal clearly marks where one protocol ends and the next begins. Thanks to everyone sending feedback through the app, it genuinely shapes these updates.
