## What is Dose?

Dose is a supplement, vitamin, and medication reminder built around stacks.

Instead of a separate reminder for every pill, you group what you take together. A Morning stack with vitamin D3, C, and omega-3. A Post-workout stack with creatine. A Night stack with magnesium. Schedule each stack for the times and weekdays you actually take it, and Dose reminds you when one is due.

TAKE IT YOUR WAY
Check items off one at a time, or take the whole stack at once. Took only part of it? Take what you had and finish later. Skipping something today? Mark it skipped and move on. Tapped by mistake? Undo it.

NEVER RUN OUT
Dose draws each item down from your supply as you take it, estimates how many days you have left, and tells you when it's time to restock. Works with capsules, tablets, softgels, gummies, drops, sprays, scoops, grams, and millilitres — so a 5 g scoop of creatine is handled as naturally as a single capsule.

Don't want to count? You don't have to. Turn tracking off entirely, or for individual items, and Dose is simply a reminder.
