I can’t get enough. I love the variety in music. Once that kicks in it kind of distracts your mind from the heat. As long as you concentrate on your breathing you’ll be good. First class may seem overwhelmingly hot but by the 2nd class you know what to expect then you can focus on what you’re doing a little more. Staff is friendly which is a major plus for me. I’m big on hospitality. I dont feel pressured and the dim lighting kind of helps with that.

This app is so easy to use and has great descriptions for each class.  Dose is an amazing place and this app matches its energy perfectly.
