DoseAlert is a medication reminder app. Some users rely on it for
life-critical medications. A common case: parents managing a
child's hormone replacement therapy, taken three times a day on a
strict schedule.

This update adds Critical Alerts so the dose alarm rings through
silent mode and Do Not Disturb. Apple approved this entitlement
for our team on 2026-05-19.

Fully opt-in. The user must:
1. Mark a medication as Critical priority (default: Normal)
2. Choose Dose alarm as the reminder type (default: regular sound)
3. Grant Critical Alerts in the iOS prompt at first launch

To test: add a medication, set Critical + Dose alarm, schedule it
two minutes ahead, mute the phone, lock the screen. Alarm rings
through.
