It is a small app but I use it a lot. I can check my last shot, see my weight trend, and move on. I did not want a complicated health program, just something I would remember to open.

I started using this when I started my GLP-1 and it has made things so much easier. I always forgot which side I used before. Now I just check the app and I know. I also like seeing my weight in one place. Simple but really helpful.

I am not good at keeping track of medication stuff. DoseFit has all my dates and notes together, so I do not have to remember everything. I can look before my appointment and actually know what happened.
