Med Tracker is a calm, private home for every medication you take. Set up each med with its schedule and get a glowing adherence ring over today's grouped doses — just tap to log each one as taken. See exactly how you're doing over time with a 30-day adherence heat-strip, per-medication bars and a when-you-take-them chart. The standout feature is optional supply tracking: tell it how many pills you have and it counts down automatically as you log doses, flagging a medication as Low and warning you days before you run out so you can refill in time. Gentle notifications remind you when a dose is due and when supplies run low. When you visit the doctor, export a clean, doctor-ready PDF or CSV of your adherence and medication list in a tap.
