Has a ton of good information and pretty simple to use. But when it doesn’t do the primary reason for the app it’s just a useless pile of information. The Reminder/notification works twice and then it stops. Doesn’t matter what you do the number of notifications is two. Messaging the app people is useless as there is no response. **Developer response:** Sorry for the problem :( I have found and fixed the problem, now you can use safely. ### 2/5 — Don’t waste your time *2025-03-10* It has all the bells and whistles, it shows medicine interactions and side effects, easy to enter meds and enter notifications. And that’s where the app becomes useless. The notifications stop working after one time. I downloaded it three times trying to fix the problem and lost my lifetime subscription. And the support doesn’t care. Emailed them a week ago and yet no reply. Forget this app **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you check if you enabled notifications in your settings. Please fix ### 2/5 — Scanner verschwunden *2025-01-15* Leider wurde mit dem Update die Scanfunktion zur Medikamentensuche entfernt. So bleibt einem nur das manuelle eingeben per Text, da selbst in der manuellen Suche per Text das Medikament nicht gefunden wird.—- Leider können meine Medikamente weder unter dem Namen noch nach Organen gefunden werden. Es werden überhaupt keine Medikamente angezeigt. So ist die App nicht nutzbar. **Developer response:** Das tut uns leid. Wir haben die Suchfunktion entfernt, da sie nicht richtig funktionierte – weil sich die Barcodes von Medikamenten häufig ändern. Sie können Medikamente weiterhin finden, indem Sie nach dem Namen oder den Inhaltsstoffen suchen. ### 2/5 — Not reliable *2025-01-12* This app looks like it should be what you would need. However in the couple of weeks I have used it, it doesn’t send reminders, it started off sending them but then stops for no apparent reason. I just went to the app and it was still in yesterday instead of showing today’s meds. I did send a note to the developer but did not hear back **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Uses USA database for medication, so some medication in your country may not be available ### 1/5 — Medikamente werden nicht gefunden *2025-01-03* Positiv ist, dass die App auf Deutsch ist. Das ist aber auch schon alles, was positiv ist. Deutsche Arzneimittel werden nicht gefunden. Somit ist die App für deutsche User nutzlos. You can search thousands of medeications now! ### 1/5 — Failure *2025-01-02* Downloaded today with the lifetime function. Tried adding a med, responded with nothing. Thinking it was too unusual (Eliquis), tried aspirin-couldn’t locate it either. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve found the problem and fixed it. It’s eorking well now! ### 1/5 — Glitches upon launch so you cannot access the ‘free lifetime’ offer *2025-01-02* Highly disappointing! **Developer response:** You can always use the app for free! ### 3/5 — does not work! *2025-01-02, version 1.4.0* This app can’t find the most basic things e.g. ferrous gluconate (iron) does not even show up. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No support for as needed meds *2026-06-16, version 4.5* I have some medication I take but only as needed (and prescribed as such by my doctor). I tried to add this to the app as I wanted to be able to track when I have taken it and ideally get an alert for when I should take the next dose. When I tried to add it, there was no way to add a medication with an as needed schedule as it required me to add at least one weekly dose. I don’t take this medication weekly but on the days I need it, I have to take multiple doses hence wanting to track it and have reminders for those days ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-05-23* App kept asking to trial for the AI when I tried to add more than one medicine, there was no option to cancel it. **Developer response:** You can add unlimited medicine when you activate the trial. ### 1/5 — Very user unfriendly! *2025-08-26, version 2.2* Absolute waste of time! All you’re doing is inputting all the time. It tells you it’s going to remind you, but never bothers setting off an alarm to make sure you don’t miss a dose. Also, there’s no backup function that works, it says export data but when you try to, it just keeps saying Try again!. There’s also no ability to print off your medication, and where it says, ‘your medications’, it doesn’t even show you any medication. Don’t waste your time with this app, unless you want to spend a lot of time just inputting your details forever! Not even an edit function anywhere. This is a rubbish app that is so user unfriendly, that you will be pulling your hair out! Amazing thing is, they don’t even seem to be bothered about your inconvenience and make the amendments. If you search like I had to, you’ll find a lot better user-friendly alternatives. Lastly, it now has an AI function that says it will inform you of the interactions between medications, but again strikes the user unfriendly part of this app to make it more tedious, because now you have to input everything again which is absolutely defeating the whole point of having this function. ### 1/5 — Alerts are wonky *2025-05-14* Lousy CX. Hard to understand what's set up to alert you. I've experimented with setting alerts on the days and times I'm supposed to take them. I didn't get alerted. It turns out that I have to manually turn on each alert for each day. So if I'm taking two meds each day I have to activate each for every day into the future. Really? Totally inept. Dev advised me to turn on notifications. Doh. Really. That was the first thing done. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure to check notification section in the settings. ### 1/5 — User unfriendly! *2025-03-17, version 1.6.0* It has a section that says your MEDS here, but absolutely nothing shows! I would Never recommend this app, especially to somebody that is elderly because it’s so user unfriendly. Not just doesn’t it show you a list of the medication that you have gone through the trouble of inputting, but you can’t see a list or even print anything off. The functionality is extremely poor. If your doctor changes your dosage, you’ll have to input everything again because they haven’t even bothered, putting an edit function in for you. God forbid you lose your phone or change it, because you’ll have to input all the information again, it’s so tedious! Don’t understand why this basic feature isn’t there, since different meds are prescribed in different areas, so it would be obvious that there needs to be a way to do this. Can’t actually use the app, so that’s rather useless. It looks like it would be great, if it actually worked like it was supposed to. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2025-01-04, version 1.4.1* Any medication that I enter comes back with a blank screen. ### 1/5 — Navigating this app is brutal *2025-01-04* Navigating this app is brutal, to see your schedule you have to scroll through the weeks one at a time, it is not presented to you in a calendar format. Constant scrolling, who thought this was a good idea. You cannot search your schedule, who thought this was a good idea. Once you create a schedule you cannot edit it afterwards, if you make a mistake your only option is to delete and start over, who thought this was a good idea. You cannot temporarily stop the schedule, your only option is to delete it and recreate it, who thought this was a good idea. Those categories on the front page what is that about, when you create your schedule, there is no option to choose a category to put your medication under.
