## What is DoseNest?

DoseNest is a private health logging app built for medication tracking and daily self-observation.

Use it to track medication name, dose, log time, weight changes, side effects, and notes about what changed today.

Version 1 follows one clear principle: your records stay with you.

DoseNest V1 supports:

No account required
No health log uploads
No network dependency
English and Simplified Chinese
Face ID, Touch ID, and passcode protection
Local data management and delete-all controls
Local daily reminders
Search, filters, and CSV / PDF export
7 / 30 / 90-day weight trends and side effect frequency
