It would mean the saving made using Phone Dollars would be offset by having to switch to a one NZ Pay Monthly plan (e.g. 6GB @ $50) over the interest-free payment term. ### 4/5 — Apple Pay *2025-03-07, version 1.4.6* I like the cash back feature of the app, but it’s not very convenient because it doesn’t support Apple Pay I always forgot to bring my card when going outside :( ### 5/5 — As it says, banking made easy. *2025-02-03, version 1.4.4* Can’t really get much easier than this, also savings has a great interest rate as well. ### 4/5 — Reduced ‘Edge’ *2025-01-04, version 1.4.4* Was competitive until Doshback was capped at $10 per month ($1,000 spend). Now it’s inline with the reward minus annual fee of the credit card I switched to Dosh from. ShopBack is a poor replacement, as I seldomly / almost never shop at any of the stores available, and you have to wait 3 months and/or accumulate $10 before you can withdraw earnings. ### 5/5 — Amazing service from Jhoy! *2024-11-20, version 1.4.4* This was my first time applying for a loan through Dosh and I had the pleasure of communicating with Jhoy, honestly they’ve been the most transparent and helpful agent I’ve dealt with when trying to secure a loan. The process was so simple and fast I was amazed, the level of service was so refreshing. Just an all around great team member, I hope this review reaches them because the whole process was so smooth and easy! A few things tho… would love to be able to use it to pay my Afterpay payments (for some reason it doesn’t accept it) plus I’d love it if the bank transfers were faster (probably not an issue at Dosh end) Failing that - maybe no fees on instant transfer ?!? It offers a 1% cashback on your first $1000 spent each month. However, it would be great if they introduced a paid plan that allows you to earn more than this $1000 limit per month to compete with credit cards. Love strives to help you pave your way to financial success and save towards your goals, earning great interest along the way. Windcave transfer costs 70cents which is not bad. Also, free bank transfer would send money within 1-2 hours anyway. It has been no problem. But the app doesn’t allow me to order a new card, and customer service told me, ‘According to Dosh's terms and conditions, you won’t be able to order another card.’ This is so confusing and hubris that customers cannot even pay for a new card. On the contrary, Debut gave me a new card for free and offered higher interest rates. 👎Dosh ### 1/5 — Returning customer *2025-01-12, version 1.4.4* I initially closed my Dosh account in 2024 but decided to return in 2025 because Dosh offered some of the best benefits in New Zealand. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that they are unable to issue another physical card, ever again. Back in 2024, Dosh provided a physical card without any issue, but now, due to their policies or reliance on a third-party card provider, they cannot send a replacement card for returning customers. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like poor customer service. If Dosh wants to maintain its reputation as a leading financial service, it needs to find a solution to serve returning customers properly. However as of November, they changed it to only apply on the first $1,000 of the month. There is no communication about this change. No blog post, nothing in the app. My trust has been lost and sets the precedent for future changes.
