I love the smart rotation where it intelligently rotates sites based on your history so there's one less thing to think about! The meal tracker is very accurate and easy to use. I can create meal preps and easily log them in with 1 tap. It is everything you need for your journey. This one is my absolute favorite. It pulls in dietary information from Apple health and automatically tracks my weight. Not only do I love this app but I’ve never had a developer be so receptive and get back to me so quickly. He is extremely helpful and is very open to suggestions. This app is the one I’ll be going with not only because of that but also because you get all of the same features, and even more in some cases, than in the other apps for an incredibly fair price. It’s the same price for a year that many are for a month. I highly recommend giving it a try to see just how great it is. ### 5/5 — Fantastic! *2026-04-04* This app does nearly everything (and more) that any of the expensive ones do, for a fraction of the price. And what is the absolute best about this app is the developer. Since installation (which was only a week or two ago), I have had multiple email conversations with the developer, who actually listens! The developer has made numerous updates/changes to the feedback I have provided. You will not find this kind of customer support with any of the more expensive apps. Their customer service takes days to respond, and is not always helpful. I was debating between all the major players, I downloaded all of them, and settled with Dosy. Again - fantastic app that does a great job. The food tracker is amazing with the searching ability and you can also scan barcodes. It has a lot of features the competing apps lack and the developer is very receptive to feedback as well. First off, customer support is OUTSTANDING! That said, I love the charts, the estimated level of medication left & the ability to log any side effects. I should be better at meal tracking, that’s my fault but I have logged for caloric intake has been easy & the Meal Prep Helper & Meal Suggestion gives ideas I wouldn’t think of when I’m bored of the same meals. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 3/5 — Great at tracking, Not at AI *2026-05-22* I’m using the paid version as it is very helpful for tracking everything, and it ties nicely into other apps/hardware (I have a smart scale that updates here). What bugs me is the AI “Dosy”. It’ll tell me “things will be better tomorrow when you take your next dose”….ummm no? I just took a dose 3 days ago. I log my meals, doses, track water intake - and it’ll give me advice on some random made up numbers it gets from I don’t know where. Would be 5 stars except for the terrible AI execution. ### 3/5 — Useful *2026-04-17, version 3.3.2* Good to have data all together so I can monitor and keep my med team updated. Would be great to have more export options and the ability to set up a pattern for where to inject upfront. ### 4/5 — More than I expected! *2026-08-24* I expected this to be a waste of time and money. I can honestly say I enjoy using this app. I actually use it everyday which says a lot for me who usually downloads an app, use it for a couple of weeks, and then it disappears into a sea of apps on my phone. They don’t really make it easy to do so. ### 5/5 — Exceptional! *2026-09-04* This is a very easy weight loss app to maneuver through and it gives a clear and concise visual of weight loss progress. The graphs are colorful and easily demonstrate a host of valuable information. The dose calculator ensures accurate dosing as well as the inventory tracking of vials. Sharing of data across apps is an added bonus. There is nothing difficult or confusing. If there is something glitching or confusing there is solid support available. I simply love it! ### 5/5 — Great tracker *2026-09-04* Very nice app. I’d tried a bunch of different ones and this had the least amount of intrusive pop-ups and constant harassing to upgrade. It was also the only one to have a reasonable price to do so. I’m not looking for a bunch of AI features, I mostly want to track my shots and weight, so not having to click through a million special offer windows was a relief. Between the better interface and the introductory price, I went ahead and paid for it anyway. I’d rather my money go to a developer that isn’t trying to annoy me into coughing up money. ### 5/5 — Small But Mighty *2026-09-04* I’m happy to say that I can honestly share that I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience with an app. I know that there are a lot of tracking apps and GLP1 apps out there but there’s something really special about a product created by and for someone from that community. And what Dosy has that bigger apps don’t is some of the most responsive customer service I’ve ever encountered in an app. They’re so nice and so helpful and really take your suggestions to heart. I’m sure it can always stay exactly that way, but the app is pretty amazing.
