It is a really good game but all spawning dots should spawn as small as your dot spawns. You also shouldn't die as soon as you touch another dot they should have to ease up on you.

I somewhat enjoy the game, but there are many annoyances. For one, the spawn rate is insane for any size. The fact that spawning cells are almost as large as you is ridiculous, for enemies are constantly larger than you, and you can be killed just by standing still for a few seconds due to the spawn rate. The map is too small as well.
