Never ever get Dot. Even after spent $100 weeks still have to buy subscription in this new era. There are so many options in the market. I’m returning back all things.

There is literally no reason why there is an app. It doesn’t work. I just bought a dot band for my business and the app won’t even scan. Just keeps saying file may be corrupted. Dot you seriously need to do better. Especially if you’re going to be advertising this product.

App doesn’t have my info. App won’t scan someone else’s info. What is the point? Useless app with great potential. So disappointing.

Their physical products still exist and thrive, and their online ads still air. After purchasing the dot.metal cards, I was excited to pair it with this app to have a native platform to house my dot profile and all of my contacts I would collect.

Unfortunately, this is NOT the case. Dot has abandoned this app it seems (for 3 years now, from the time of me posting this). I may report this app, as it just lingers and takes up space uselessly in the App Store. They haven’t updated this app for 3 years, yet they still advertise it as if it was a thing.

Love their physical products tho, but cannot say the same for their app.

Super easy to use and looks sleek. I have an iPhone 8 that does not have NFC incorporated so the app is perfect.

This app would be a five star if they would fix the app and allow you to create multiple dot accounts and switch between them. 

I bought two bands, two metal cards, and thin 2.0 (I bought two sets expecting to create multiple dot. profiles but you have to creat two dot. accounts. They all work great and I love them. They work pretty well. They may not be as smooth as I want them to be but they work well enough to not be frustrated. It may take two seconds to load sometimes but other than that these are amazing and work amazing when you run out of business cards. The only reason I see myself using business cards is if for some reason it's not working or the device won't scan.This apl would be a five star of they would fix that and allow you to creat multiple dot accounts and switch between them.
