DotDiary is a private period and cycle tracker that keeps your data where it belongs — in Apple Health on your iPhone. No account. No ads. No tracking. No subscription.

Most trackers send your most personal data to their servers. DotDiary doesn't. Everything you log — periods, symptoms, fertility signs — is saved straight into Apple Health. DotDiary keeps no copy, has no login, and makes no network calls. Delete the app and your data stays safe in Health.

• Changing Cycles — a new perimenopause mode, free for everyone. When your cycles start winding down, DotDiary stops predicting and starts describing: day counts since your last period, your recent cycle range, and a carefully neutral 12-month overview — plus a new "Understanding the transition" guide. Pro adds the month-by-month symptom chart (hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood) and includes it all in the doctor PDF — handy for appointments.
• Custom tags (Pro). Track anything the built-in symptoms don't cover, with your own tags. Stored only on your device, like everything else.
• DotDiary now speaks French — switch languages right inside Settings.

Pro is still a one-time purchase, so if you already own it, both new features are yours automatically. As always: no account, no server, no data collection.
