DeeACID is a plug-in synthesizer sound source called AUv3, so you need another application to host it. If it is free, for example, you can use DeeACID by importing it from GarageBand as an External sound source, so please try it. (2025/1/24) We have added stand-alone functionality for DJs, so please update and activate it. The application can now be played stand-alone. ### 2/5 — Pretty good. *2025-04-13, version 2.0.4* I’m having fun with it. But For the price you’re charging, it should have some modulation or an lfo, it doesn’t feel like a finished product. The app is pretty straightforward and is a nice extra texture vs my other “acid apps”! BTW the guide is accessed in the standalone and there is a close button at the bottom of the screen. If you’re an acid junky, then it’s an approach that’s different from others and IMHO worth getting. If acid is not really your thing, you may already have what you need. Wasn’t sure about it when I first seen it. However after buying it I am quite delighted. It sounds fantastic and it’s great fun. The controls on it are extremely tweakable and there are more available than on your standard 303 set up. Have some drums, effects, vocal samples etc along with it and you won’t believe what you come up with.
