But I've tried for several days to log in on the app and I can't even get to the login page! Even after "click her" if login isn't working. Called customer service and was advised to delete the app from my phone the redownload. Here we go. I’m not happy with the technology. We can no longer browse for products. You cannot shop for holiday items or body items or anything beyond oils. Unless you want to type the name in the search bar. What is the point of this app now? It’s terrible. Especially since we used to be able to use the app to shop all the products. You force me into using the web which I feel is less secure. Much disappointment. I only use the app when purchasing. The “Browse All Products” link once allowed you to actually browse products categorized into their own link. I don’t want to scroll through 100 items when trying to explore new releases. Please change the app back to having useful links that take you to bath and hair products, supplements, limited time, and so on. Please stop telling people to email you for more information and just make the changes we’re all clearly requesting that makes it easy for your customers to shop. Everything is not at your fingertips like before ! You have to look at all products to find what you want if your not sure what oils are used for what . There are no special listings no new products . Tried going to my browser and it didn’t save my cart. Very frustrating. Not sure what happened to the review I wrote a month ago. Maybe they didn’t like it and deleted it??? Anyway, it’s impossible to find anything. It isn’t well organized or categorized. There was a time too (a few months back) when a video ad popped up repeatedly while trying to search for products. Highly irritating. That seems to happen less frequently now. I don’t find it easy to know what new products are available. Products that I may be interested in trying. Truthfully, for the price we all pay for the products (I place an order monthly) I feel like some of that should be used to improve your app. Please helps us ALL out and improve the shopping experience. This used to be an issue. I used to be able to log in using Face ID. Now I have to enter my info every time even though Face ID is still enabled in my phone settings. Kind of cancels out the convenience of having the app on my phone if it’s the same as using the website. And the shopping interface is much less user friendly than it was originally. It kind of feels like you need to be able to read the mind of the developer to figure out where to find things. It makes shopping so easy. It’s really user friendly and it is so helpful to be able to save my order so I can go back to it. One downside is that it makes my phone really hot. Specifically near the top right below the cameras. I close out all other apps and it still does it.
