If you upgrade your account to a monthly or annual, your subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Membership will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of your current period and identify the cost of the renewal. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

If I had the choice I would never use Dotloop again. Glitchy and awful user experience in every aspect. I need certainty and speed in my business and Dotloop as a whole actively works against both of those everyday.

I’ve been using Dotloop for years, my first started out with it. I believe in 2015, so, that would make me an 11 year user of this program. I pay for it on my own. My broker does not pay for it. Over the past few years, especially since becoming a part of Zillow, the experience has gone downhill. It is frequently glitchy, difficult to log into from a cell phone, and Not as user-friendly as what it could be. You guys merged with Zillow so if you could do that “improvement” then you should be able to improve the operating system for the realtors… One can only hope. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

As I try to fill out blanks and contracts, there’s many times when you can assign the blank, but then you can’t fill it out. That’s time-consuming to have to go into the website to do it off of a computer versus my cell.

Can’t tilt, can’t adjust the signature box size, can hardly type or erase texts.  Viewing is easy but requires a computer to actual work on preparing the document.
