My guests didn’t use the app during my wedding. So I thought to just purchase the photo book for memories. It’s been a month and never received my order. Whenever I reach out to customer service they do not reply and I have to send multiple emails to get a response. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.

The dotbook I ordered and payed for was not able to ship to me. I am outrageously frustrated because it gave no warning that it would not be able ship to the U.S . I am now stuck with a useless dotbook. BECAUSE IM NOT EVEN ABLE TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME. The major inconvenience this is to me many may not understand but I payed full price for everything including a 300 page DOTBOOK. WHICH I WONT EVEN END UP GETTING. HORRIBLE APP, very inconvenient, inconsiderate, as well as the app is beyond inconsistent with updates and notifications.
