I've helped develop games by making graphics for them and since I do this I have two requests. One: Animations. Pixel animations. When creating an image, under where it shows the size you want, it should say like "Static" and "Animation" between which you can choose from. Two: Custom image sizes. At the end of the different sizes you can choose, there should be a button you can click to set your own dimensions. Images made and exported will look fuzzy on apps like Twitter that enlarge images. Otherwise perfect. ### 2/5 — Its got potential but full of bugs... *2015-09-26, version 2.2.0* Its got potential, but bugs prevent it from being a professional tool. iPhone 6 - undo is intermittent, sometimes leaves your strokes, sometimes doesn't. Try undoing merging layers and it will lose one of the layers. Very annoying as I lost hours of work this way. Say you want to move the layer - if you move it outside the canvas area you will again lose your work. I draw them for hobby. And Sometimes use them as Characters for my indie game project. So I tried various kind of Pixel art App in ios and I found this is the best. Even if this does not support animation, it is superior than others in terms of usability. So this becomes my favorite App for Pixel Pleasure. ### 4/5 — Great Start! *2015-08-26, version 2.0.2* Love the simplicity of the user interface on this app. Everything is extremely intuitive and easy to use. This app only needs minor adjustments to make it perfect. I only see things getting better. I wish there were a + / - button for RGB values to fine tune the sliding scale, or the ability to enter hex values, either way. Additional custom pallets and the ability to name them would be great, too (neutral, warm, dark, etc.). Easy to use and fun when you figure out how to pixel art. My one problem with the app is the functionality of the undo button, it doesn’t work all of the time. I've used Dots to create over 40 16-bit carictures of my friends; it has become an indispensible creative tool. I only wish there were a few other tools: a selection tool to allow the moving of only a partial section of an image, and a shape tool to help you draw the outlines of rectangles and ellipses. If you could increase the canvas size after starting a project, that would be immensely useful too! When trying to combine multiple sprites into a scene, its unfortunate that it resizes the artwork instead of importing it at the pixel perfect size.
