I am at Level 580 and asking the same thing. When will new levels be added? ### 3/5 — Enjoyable, but. . . *2025-09-12* I do enjoy playing the game but it gets frustrating when you run out of lives in the middle of a level. Please consider an option to purchase the game outright for unlimited lives instead of requiring in app purchases or long waits to accumulate more lives. When games get too frustrating I tend to just delete them instead of making ongoing purchases. ### 5/5 — My Favorite Game *2025-08-11* I have a habit of starting games, falling in love with them and then abandoning when the going gets tough. Not with Dotsu. I just finished the highest level (so far) and the developer assured me that more levels are coming soon. I can’t wait. This is a game for true strategists. It takes a little time to master, but there is a key that explains what the powers do (you earn a free one if you check in each day) and what the markings on various spots mean. You need to figure out the best powers to use to blow up specific spots—and get them all by the countdown. Some levels are really hard, but they are not impossible. I am not particularly great at games. Sometimes winning, for me, has required saving up powers for two weeks and using them all in one play. I still practice while I’m collecting them. I hope you try it and have the patience to get addicted like I did. ### 4/5 — Fun playing while having nothing to do *2025-07-26* I’ve been playing this for a about a month and a half, the higher levels are exciting but I’m currently struggling at level 51 even tho I have some tools ( they’re not enough ) I think you should do short ads in a way to give us more tools to use to pass levels and increase the number of swapping bubbles because 30 is too short imo as it runs pretty fast. It’s no longer relaxing or fun. I’ve used all my boosters and coins. I love the graphics and gameplay but I don’t like to pay $. With no ads I can understand the fairness of paying, but that’s a slippery slope. I’m sorry to have to delete this game. It would be more satisfying if we could replay levels while we’re waiting, which hopefully will be fixed in the update. I’ve played a million match-3 games and I’m impressed by this novel take! I usually love the colors (although sometimes yellow/tan and teal/green are too close if my screen brightness isn’t high enough). I’ve even purchased a couple booster packs, which I RARELY do. I do think there should be more coins given freely (maybe 50/day?) or that the coin prices should be lower (like 3 darts for 100 coins rather than 200). I’m about to get a new phone though and it’s unclear if I’ll be able to transfer my progress/purchases? there doesn’t seem to be anything about my “account” within the app. ### 3/5 — Game too hard too soon *2024-12-20* Well, it’s really level 66 that has me stumped. I’ve done it so many times over a few weeks and even ignored it long enough that I got two hours of unlimited boosters for two hours and still can’t get past that level that I might very well quit the game. But something happened where now it won’t clear the colors when I match them. I can have the whole available space full of yellow dots and it won’t clear them. So the level is pretty much unbeatable. There were no special instruction for the level or anything so there must be a bug or something. ### 2/5 — very frustrating bug *2024-05-30* I just started playing recently but was really enjoying the game. the different special dots you can get were fun to discover how to create. but now i think i may need to delete the game. it won’t let me clear any greens. it’s happened on multiple levels and i thought i wasn’t understanding some special feature of that level, but given that there were no extra instructions, i ruled that out. it just won’t clear the greens. my whole board turns greens basically. squares or lines of any length, the greens stay. they will sometimes clear if a green appears in the right place, without my intervention. i love games like this, but it’s SO frustrating for it to just flat out not work. i haven’t run into bugs that others have talked about, but this one just really ruins the gameplay. **Developer response:** Hi! In most cases the screenshot of the level is enough, but the video capture of the occurring bug is the best way to help me reproduce this the problem. It happened many times that players contacted me with info like this and the bug was always fixed right away. There is also a possibility that there is no bug here at all. For example, if you've been playing with "Night Shift" or "True Tone" enabled, they can alter the colors so much that greens and teals become hard to distinguish. Especially Night Shift at late hours is a "killer" for color-based games! But like I mentioned before, I would need to get more information to tell exactly what is going on. I am looking forward to hearing from you! -- Tom ### 2/5 — Doesn’t follow its own rules *2023-12-17, version 1.10* I love this game- it’s a new kind of puzzle, simple yet challenging, and nice to look at. However, two big problems- 1. The game doesn’t always follow its own rules! The special dots don’t always happen when they’re supposed to. 5 in a row is supposed to make a special dot, but doesn’t always. Sometimes three in a row of the same color doesn’t clear. This is infuriating when you’ve played a level over and over and are about to win, but can’t because the game glitches. If the dots don’t perform the exact same way every time, we’re not playing a game of strategy- we’re watching a game of chance. Not fun. 2. It’s not accessible for color blindness. There’s a color blind mode that looks identical to regular mode. I’m not color blind- I actually see colors more vividly than the average person- but in dark mode I can’t tell all of the colors apart, which makes the game unplayable. Edited to add: 1. Feedback: I’ve seen you respond to others asking for emails with specifics. I cannot find an email address, so I have no way to send you screen shots. I will say that I work in user research, and you would really benefit from more. Figma has lots of free accessibility tools you can run your screens through- search for a11y. I promise you your colors do not pass accessibility standards. 2. Presented “solutions”: In your response to me you said that if I can’t make a match with three in a row, then I need to adjust my screen brightness or dark mode. I am playing in colorblind mode!!! I should be able to see the “colors” regardless of screen settings (see point above). But it’s a moot point because I have screenshots showing that it is actually three in a row of the same color. ### 2/5 — Fun while it lasted *2023-10-05, version 1.7* Played all the levels. Game has said “more levels coming soon” now for weeks. It would be one thing if you had the option to redo levels and improve scores, but the only way to do that seems to delete the app and start again. I’ll delete it. And don’t see any value in starting it again. ### 2/5 — Fun in the Beginning *2023-07-29, version 1.1* Really enjoyed this game, paid for no ads. Tried a level in the 80’s at least 50 times and could not get it. Some of the prior levels were down to one move left. It is almost too challenging to enjoy. Becomes frustrating. I also experienced some of the glitches other reviewers have mentioned. I’ll look for something else. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Extra Hearts Balancing *2026-08-14* This is a great game, i enjoy playing it while on the train and during my free time. However, i would like to point out that while a life refill costs 100 coins (20 coins per life), and 6h unlimited lives costs 300 coins, some people may not have time to use the whole 6 hours, and some may not even have time to use all five lives. This is where the "Extra Life" booster comes into play. Here is the problem though, although they can be obtained through vaults and daily rewards, there is also a option to purchase them for coins. However, the price of Extra Life boosters, which only add +1 life, is 200 coins for 3, 300 coins for 5, and 500 coins for 10, despite a refill only costing 100 coins. Who is going to buy extra life boosters with coins if a FULL refill is cheaper? Therefore i suggest to change the prices of extra life boosters so that 10 can be bought for 200 coins, which matches the 20 coins per life rate for simply refilling +5. For the 300 coins and 500 coins options, add reasonable bonuses similar to buying other boosters like the bucket and dart. This way, people will be encouraged to buy extra life boosters using coins, as they allow you to only add as much life as you need before you need to go. ### 5/5 — Need more levels! *2026-06-28, version 3.5.2* Fun game — but are we gonna get more levels anytime soon ? I play while brewing coffee, waiting for the bus, during carpool pickup, and more. The graphics are clean, the levels are challenging, bonus opportunities are integrated seamlessly, and the game starts immediately when you open the app (no ads or forced “bonuses” to click through).
