They've now pulled out of the UK market, yet this app keeps sending notifications every other about free minutes or something else. But how can i take advantage?? Edit: despite a very negative for depression, I noticed they have blinkers, which is great and lime doesn’t have it. But the ride was more expensive than a taxi! Now I’m all for moving over static but please make the Dott rides more affordable. This happened to me when the app froze on the parking photo part of ending the ride. Once you have clicked end ride the timer should pause for the photo stage! You should charge by the second or round down. They love to show incorrect battery life leaving you to push them to the next parking spot and pay again for another. It's just not worth it any more, costs the same as a taxi ### 1/5 — Vorsicht! 25€ Strafe bei 10 min Inaktivität außerhalb des Parkbereiches *2026-08-07* Ich habe den Dott Flex Pass, der mir ermöglicht 30 min für 1,50€ ein Fahrzeug zu benutzen. Ich bin zu einem Sportplatz gefahren, wo es kein Parkbereich gibt, da musste ich etwas abholen, hatte also das Fahrzeug kurz stehen lassen, um damit wieder weiter zufahren und es in einem Parkbereich abzustellen. Da das Fahrzeug nach 10 Minuten Inaktivität ausgeht, und es gleichzeitig außerhalb des Parkbereiches ist, wird mir eine Strafgebühr von 25€ verrechnet, obwohl ich a) damit weiterfahren will und b) ich nichtmal vor habe es hier auf einem Nicht-Parkplatz stehen zu lassen. Da es mein letztes Geld auf dem Konto war, musste ich mir 30€ vorstrecken lassen, damit ich die 25€ Strafe begleichen kann und das Fahrzeug wieder entsperren kann, um es aus dem Bereich zu bringen, wo das Fahrzeug nicht stehen darf. Obwohl es in der App die Meldung gab, dass wenn ich es wieder wegfahre, die 25€ Strafgebühr entfallen würden, und ich auch im Kundencenter angerufen habe, um dies zu bestätigen, blieb ich auf den Kosten sitzen. Ich habe das Fahrzeug in ein gültigen Parkbereich geparkt und mir wurden die Kosten nicht erstattet. I put in my license, my first and last name, address, email, turned notifications on, and it still was asking for more. I deleted app and just went to a bike place near me and it was cheaper too. Wie für uns zur Gamescom einfach perfekt um vom A nach B zu kommen. Es gab erst ein Missverständnis da wenn man den Scooter reserviert 2,50 abgebucht werden. Man bekommt aber das zurück was nicht gebraucht wird. Z.B. mit dem Angebot von einem Euro pro 30 Minuten. Auf jedenfall Empfehlenswert ### 5/5 — Bester Anbieter bis jetzt *2026-08-20* Mit dott einfach total zufrieden bisher. Ja dezent teurer teilweise, teilweise aber auch gute Aktionen / Pässe. Vom Fahrgefühl bisher einfach am besten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden :) hatte bisher auch noch nie eine überbuchung oder sonstige finanzielle Probleme via App. Nur einmal als die sich aufging und ich das Fahrzeug nicht abmelden konnte, trotz Verzögerung wurde aber korrekt abgerechnet. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Fahre schon echt lange mit Dott und bin immernoch Fan. Leider in Frankfurt sehr wenig vertreten. In Wiesbaden dafür top und fast überall zu finden. Vielen Dank!
