Dotterly is designed for creating your own patterns and printing them at home. We do not supply materials. You can buy the drills online from Diamond Dotz, Artdot and DiamondDrillsUSA. You can buy the adhesive sheets (double-sided) from Amazon. We hope that helps :)

Hello, we're really sorry to hear you're not happy. When converting a photo, the size of the pattern is important. A larger pattern size will allow for more detail to be included. A smaller pattern size will result in less detail. We recommend using the wizard tool (look for the magic wand button) so that you can easily see all of the different options when converting a photo. We hope that helps :)

Hello, we're really sorry to hear you're not happy. To print your pattern with numbers or symbols, press the export button > DIY Kit at the end of the process. For further help, we recommend watching the videos on our YouTube channel (go to Help > User Guide > Choose a guide > Press the YouTube button at the top right). The demo version allows you to get a feel for the app before deciding to buy. The full version is a one-time purchase. We maintain over 100,000 lines of code to keep the app running smoothly on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The one-time fee helps us to continue this work. Thank you :)
