Was high jacked out the app before I could even use it.. zero stars

I downloaded this to try the free trial, thinking I might actually want to commit to it after, as it has a lot of the figures I’m after. 

Except, after having used it for a little bit, I’ve discovered that not all of my PDFs show up, and I can’t really zoom in much on my documents. 

I also find it more than a little frustrating that I can’t move the dual screens, up or down, or switch them about like you can in other apps.
